Sample Products

The products highlighted on this page should present some of the more interesting products that we have worked on over the years.  As examples, they represent an eclectic mix  of components we've made that were comprised of challenging shapes, solved difficult problems, replaced die castings and stampings, and represent metallurgical steps of an unusual alloy. We have also included some of the more common parts for balance.

 

The following product examples are intended to provide some insights into the capabilities of the process.  In many cases, the performance of the part has solved a significant problem for either the design engineer or the manufacturing engineer.   In some cases, it was simply the strict tolerances that contributed to the benefits, and in others it was the ability to make a specific component shape in one part instead of several, requiring assembly on the line.
